I appreciate the message, Martin, but I am still seeting "package no  
longer available" messages from -adoupdate- for packages hosted at http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/ 
 as of 10:30 AM EST.  My hope is that Kit and StataCorp together will  
be able to track down the source of this problem.
