The example in the help file for -ssc d metan- does show a lot of variation
in terms of colours in this example:

*************
metan tdeath tnodeath cdeath cnodeath,
            lcols(id year) notable
            boxopt( mcolor(forest_green) msymbol(triangle) )
            pointopt( msymbol(triangle) mcolor(gold) msize(tiny)
            mlabel(counts) mlabsize(vsmall) mlabcolor(forest_green)
mlabposition(1) )
            ciopt( lcolor(sienna) lwidth(medium) )
*************

Apart from that, you can -passthru- any other -twoway- options, as the help
mentions under "graph_options"...

Dear all,

I am trying to make changes to the forest plot graph in metan command; I am
interested in colour changes particularly.
Is possible to make changes to the forest plot graph, if so, how?
For some reason I am not receiving any reply from the statalist, it will
help if you could put my email in cc while relying to stat list address,
please.

I will appreciate any help,

Riaz
