As [XT], p.226, shows, the individual effect is assumed to be drawn from a
normal distribution, but for this particular calculation, all draws from it
are assumed to be zero, i.e. the individual component in the error term is
defined away...

What exactly means the option "predict(pu0)" in mfx after xtlogit?
What does it imply that the random effect is fixed to 0?
