Sergiy Radyakin <serjradyakin@gmail.com> also replied to Joshua's post, and I
agree with his suggestion:

As Sergiy also pointed out, the -over()- option is not documented as allowed
with -svy: tabulate-, which should have reported a syntax error.  We will fix
this in a future update.
