Tim <lists@timbp.com> has uncovered a bug with -estat phtest- after -stcox- when
factor variables are included in the model.

The fix will be available in a future ado update.  In the meantime, as Tim
points out you can use the -xi- prefix instead of the new factor variable
syntax.
