I'm trying to fit a generalized poisson model to underdispersed count
data by using Dr. Hilbe's gpoisson.ado.
My question is about any help information on using this ado, and its
capabilities (cluster robust errors or bootstrap, predict).
By the way, I would also appreciate any reference regarding this kind of
model, and it's interpretation (curiosly, it isen't referenced in
Hilbe's book; Cameron&Trivedi talk about it in his book, pg. 113, but
the ado seems to operate differently).
Thanks in advance,
Fernando.
