st: NLSUR

Dear All,

I am estimating a system of 4 nonlinear equations with the command nlsur.  I have the following problems:

1) The R-squared of two equations is negative
2) Using the fgnls option the  standard error of some parameter estimate is missing

My variables do not have any missing value and I do not have any dummy.
