I posted the original Statalist message that Martin linked to.  It's
pretty clear, I think: check that your installations of -xtivreg2-,
-ivreg2- etc. are fully up-to-date.

And while you're at it, check that your installation of Stata is also
fully up-to-date (use the -update- command).

These measures usually solve the problem.
