"Not Reporting" does not mean that Stata does not have to process them in
some way. Which flavor of Stata do you use? Try -set matsize- as a remedy...

Subject: st: matsize & variables

Hi,
I'm trying to run a regression with around 800 variables, all of which
(except 4) are control which I don't care to know the results on, all
I need are the 4 I care about. Is there a way to avoid the matsize too
small problem by not reporting the control variable results?
thanks
