Dear Shehzad,
I would refer to:
Long Js, Freese J. Regression Model for Catergorical Variables Using
Stata.Second Edition. College Station: Stata Press, 2006.

Taking a look at Cameron AC, Trivedi PK. Microeconometrics. Cambridge, 2005
textbook, I suppose that Cameron AC, Trivedi PK. Microeconometrics Using
Stata. College Station: Stata Press, 2008 might be a good reference, too.
However, please note that the supplemental material for this latter textbook
runs under Stata 10.1 only.

Kind Regards,
Carlo

Hi listers,

Does anyone know of any references with illustrated examples of how to
analyse data from discrete choice experiments in Stata?

Any help would be appreciated.
Shehzad
