Hello,
Let me restate this.

I want decomposition of Gini for sources of income but weighted by
population. I understand that descogini does decompositions by sources
of income but it does not allow for populations weights. Is there a
program which does this ?

PS :  I did a little searching on this and I don't think things like
-ineqerr- do this.
