unless noconst is a user-written command (which is highly unlikely),
this must be written in a single line:

ivreg D.s2 (D.lp23 D.lp13 L.D.s2=L(2/3).s2 D(0/1).(a b c)) D(1).(x y
z), noconst ...

not sure about option saving() in this context. Perhaps -estimates store- ??
