I think you can turn everything else off one by one--symbols, lines,
axes, titles, labels, ticks, etc.--but it may take you a few tries to
get everything off.  Try adding e.g.

graphr(fc(white)) xti("") yti("") xla(none) yla(none) ms(none none)
xsize(6) ysize(1) scale(3) xsc(noline) ysc(noline)
