You did and you didn't; i.e. you did post to Statalist and you did not follow my advice.
My advice is to please read
where it is plainly stated (see Section 2.2) that you should refrain from adding gunk to your mail.
Your S/MIME Cryptographic Signature qualifies as gunk.

If you look at
you will see what your message looks like to some; and thus an explanation for my use of "gunk".
