I've had great luck with -mim-, which follows the data format from the -ice- package.  You'll need to provide two variables _mj (equivalent to your _MULT_ variable from iveware) and _mi (which row the observation came from in the original dataset).  The help file is nicely detailed, and it lets you use postestimation commands after the MI analysis is complete.

Yes, there are many packages in Stata to analyze your imputed datasets.
You could use (1) -hotdeck-, which includes some tools for that, (2)
-micombine- which is part of -ice- package, and (3) -mira- which is a
simple algorithm that I wrote.

I generated 5 data sets using IVEWARE in SAS for a multiple imputation.
i have these 5 data sets and i need to run analyses using stata. is
there a way to combine the anlyses using stata. note: i did not do the
imputation using stata.
