Dear statalist-member,

I would like to simulate a population with primary sampling units (e.g.
small geographic areas) which should be clustered according to a binary
variable migrant (1=yes, 0=no). There should be 10000000 primary
sampling units with k observations within each of them.

I tried to solve my problem and simulated a population (mainly by using
pseudorandom numbers), but I could not control the clustering of psu's.
I would be very thankful for any ideas.
