In short, you can use -xi- and -reg- or -xtset- and -xtreg-
(-xtivreg2-) for diff-in-diff.  I suspect P�r Sj�lander meant
something else entirely, based on his incomplete reference to Heckman,
but never followed up.  See also discussion in
