Hello,

With renpfix we can prefix variables.
However, I would like to suffix.
Is this possible?

In addition to the other solutions, note also -rensfix- available from
STB-59: dm83. Type -findit rensfix-. The STB article itself is
available from the Stata Press website for free

STB-59 dm83 . . . . . . . . . . . . . Renaming variables: changing
suffixes
        (help rensfix if installed) . . . . . . . S. P. Jenkins and N.
J. Cox
        1/01 pp.5--6; STB Reprints Vol 10, pp.34--35
renames variables by changing the suffix

Despite co-authoring -rensfix-, I tend to use -renvars- for all renaming
situations that -renpfix- does not handle. -renvars- is a very powerful
tool. It would be nice for its features to be incorporated in official
Stata.

Having tried these first, you would not have needed to post your
message. Even -findit suffix- would have provided you with a solution.
So too would have -findit rename-
