-rndbinx- is a user-written command by Joseph Hilbe and Walter
Linde-Zwirble. 
There is a version on SSC in -rnd-. 

See if you can reproduce this with -genbinomial- from
http://www.stata.com/users/rgutierrez.

I'm using -rndbinx- to generate synthetic datasets. However,
there seems to be a discontinuity for certain denominator values.
