st: SSC Archive activity, February 2008

Almost 86,000 ado-files were downloaded from the SSC Archive during  
February, representing the efforts of 248 members of the Stata user  
community. The command 'ssc hot' now accesses the listings of the  
most popular packages on the archive, replacing the 'ssc whatshot'  
command in the latest ado-file update. 'ssc whatshot' continues to  
work but is no longer documented.
