I have included the log below in .csv format: it can be cut & paste into a text editor then opened in excel. This makes it easy to confirm the 261 parameters (I added a column that counts them). Sorry for the resulting size of this message, I couldn't think of a better way.

I can't see anything wrong. There are no missing SEs, and although there are 6 covariates dropped as collinear those are not among the 261 remaining.

There have been a number of occations that I was absolutely convinced
that Stata got the df-s wrong, and I have always been proven wrong. In
most cases my error was that some of the variables were droped by Stata
due to multicolinearity. Are any of your standard errors missing (.) or
does Stata say that it has dropped variables or did you impose
constraints?
