This sounds similar to questions you were asking a few days ago. 

A theme of discussion was that much of the point of survival analysis is
to use all the information on patients. Once you concentrate
on last visits, that does not sound like Cox survival analysis to me.

Hi again
the dataset consists of multiple visits per patient.
i want to look at hazard ratio between mutation level and cumulative
adherence level.

my question is: any command i can use to create new variable 'cumadh'
at last visit of every patient? (sorry if question does not sound
clear, it means i did not get well cox regression-hazard ratio
concept)
