st: Update to -vioplot- on SSC

Greetings,

Thanks to Kit Baum, there is an updated version of my -vioplot- program 
on SSC.  This version of the program, which creates violin plots, now 
supports multiple y-variables, the creation of a "total" category, and 
some additional options to give more control over graph labeling.
