is a common error message in Stata output for limited dependent variable models (logit, probit, etc.). Have a look at the FAQ for the logit case:

As a sidelight, Stata may wish to update that FAQ and refer to the new -exlogistic- routine, which, as the help says, "can better deal with one-way causation, such as the case where all females are observed to have a positive outcome."
