In addition to other suggestions, check out -log2html- from SSC.

How can I tell Stata to increase the width of a log file beyond 80
characters?

Also, if I've forgotten to increase the width beyond 80 characters (and
have the rather irritating output shown below) is there an easy way
(using, say, find and replace) to get the split line back on to one
line?
