A good web-reference is
http://www.stat.psu.edu/~jls/mifaq.html

You could compute the statistic that you want in each
dataset, then average them. The standard error for
those is a little more complicated, but the formulae
in the webpage could help you.

Dear Maarteen,
Continuing my saga of trying to impute missing values through "ice"
command, the good news is that I got it!
But now I'm trying to figure out how to use "micombine" command after
"ice", i.e, can I obtain odds ratios estimates? and how to do
postestimation analysis?
I'll really be grateful for your respected help!
Regards,
Adriana

Try running:

logit e10y_np numcp10y3 numnp10y2 elife_lp cp10y1 cp10y2 /*
*/ male6m1 male6m2 malever1 malever2

and see if that gives you any trouble
