st: Scoring

Dear STATA lister
I am trying to find a way to score number of pills intake per patient
(cohort study) at week24:
npill1 and npill2 are variables with values 0 or 1 (i.e. took pills or not)
week number are 4,8,12,16

studyid     week    npill1      npill2
1001          4          1            1
1001          8           0           1
1001          12        0             0


etc..


any tips?
