st: ckvar package updated on SSC

Dear Statalisters,

Thanks to Kit Baum, the ckvar package was updated on SSC on 27.oct. 
2007. This was a correction of a small interface bug.

For those interested, the ckvar package allows data validation  
routines to be attached directly to variables and then used to  
validate the dataset. This means that each variable knows how to  
validate itself, even after it is made a part of another dataset  
through merging or subsetting.
