How can I do equivalence tests for means and for proportions ?

-findit equivalence- brings up Rich Goldstein's -equim- and -equip-, which
are for means and proportions, respectively.

It also brings up the official -pk-.

For proportions, there's also -rdci-, another user-written command, one that
was implemented in Stata for a project that involved assessing equivalence
(actually "noninferiority", but the method of use is the same).
