A possible way is to use the -contract- package (part of official
Stata), or the -xcontract- package (an extended version of -contract-,
downloadable from SSC using the -ssc- command). Either of these
commands creates an output dataset (or resultsset) with 1 observation
per value combination and data on frequencies and percentages.

I hope this helps.
