st: Cox conditional frailty

Dear all,

I would like to estimate Cox models with both stratification and 
unobserved heterogeneity ("frailty") according toBox-Steffensmeier, 
Janet M., Suzanna De Boef 2006, Repeated event survival models: The 
conditional frailty model, in: Statistics in Medicine 25, 20, 3518-3533.

STATA does not allow for both at this point. Is anyone aware of an ado 
that does both?
