st: logistic regression question

Hi,

I have a binary  outcome, Y , with the number of cases Y=1 is equal to 230 
and for  Y=0, I have 2100 individuals.

I want to analyse the relationship between Y and some continuous and 
discrete covariates.

I would like to know  if the standard logistic regression is appropriate for 
this problem.
