StataCorp will be offering sessions of NC-101, NC-151, and NC-461 starting June
15th.  The NetCourses are available on the Internet using a web-based system to
deliver lectures, problem sets, and solutions.  Course participants and Stata
course leaders interact through a bulletin board to discuss the course and to
ask and answer questions.

Here is a little more information about the upcoming NetCourses:

	Course length:			6 weeks (4 lectures)
	Course dates: 			June 15 through July 27
	Deadline for enrollment: 	June 14 
	Cost: 	$95

	Prerequisites:			Stata 9 installed and working.
					Internet web browser installed and 
					working.  (Course is platform 
					independent.)

		o Reading various types of data into Stata
		o Match-merging and appending data

     	Prerequisites:      		Stata 9 installed and working.
                         		Course content of NetCourse 101 or 
                     		     	equivalent knowledge.  Familiarity 
                          		with basic cross-sectional summary 
					statistics and linear regression.
