Could someone advise how to properly account for complex survey design when analyzing data from two or more surveys administered in different populations?

The survey questions are the same in each population. Each survey includes its respective strata, psu, and weight variables. The svyset command syntax is clear when analyzing one survey only, administered in a single population. How should these parameters be set using svyset for an analysis that will compare responses across two or more surveys administered in separate populations?

I appreciate the advice.
