I believe that might have been done in latex. Some software for writting up nice
presentation in latex are:
Prosper (http://prosper.sourceforge.net/)
Textpoint (http://texpoint.necula.org/)
??
However, as I've never used these presentation softwares before, I think it
would be good to get hold of the templates if they are available. Any
suggestions from Maarten L. Buis & Christopher Baum?
