Titles like "PLEASE REPLY" are not informative.

Moreover, using all caps is SHOUTING and many
readers will react synaesthetically.

The answer is: There is no Stata routine to do this that
will work in Stata 7, or at least none that anyone has
made public.

Meanwhile I have a question. I am using stata 7. I want to do bivariate kernel density estimation. i am able to do univariate one.Plz helpme
