st: -tabplot-, -tableplot- updated on SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, packages -tabplot- 
and -tableplot- have been updated on SSC. 

Please use -ssc- to describe, install or update. 
Version 8 is required. 

Friedrich Huebler identified a problem with -tabplot-. 
The same issue would arise equally with -tableplot-, 
so I fixed both. Thanks to Friedrich for his
suggestions. 

-tabplot6- for version 6 and 7 remains frozen as was.
