Dear list,

Briefly - I have fitted a set of models using conditional logistic
regression (clogit). I then used an AIC model-averaging program to
calculate the average regression coefficients (_b).

I would now like to fit a conditional logistic regression model to the
original data using these averaged coefficients so I can calculate a ROC
curve for the 'average' model. How can I specify the regression
coefficients to use with clogit?

I have also taken the same approach using linear regression and would like
to calculate the adjusted R2 of the 'average' model by specifying the
coefficients to use with regress.

I am using Stata/SE 8.2 for Windows

All help gratefully received,
Katherine Boughey
