st: pooled OLS regression

dear stata fellow,

i am very new to stata, and while looking at a panel dataset in which each 
cross sectional unit has 7 observations over time, i am uncertain how to 
undertake a pooled OLS regression.

can someone please explain and suggest which command i can use?
how can i find out the estimated changes over time?
