I have both Stata 8 and Stata 9 installed on my laptop, but Stata 9
can only run on my school's network connection. By mistake, I moved
the base ado files from Stata 9 to the Stata 8 folder, and hit replace
all. Now, Stata 8 won't run of the base ado commands, telling me I
need to install Stata 9. Is there any way to fix this without calling
Stata?
