st: St: estimating the impact of community level variables on the individual level outcomes

Dear All,
I would like to aggre estimate the effects aggregate level variable on
individual outcomes by the method developed by Borjas and Sueyoshi (1994) [
Borjas G. And Sueyoshi, G., 1994. A two stage estimator for probit models
with structural group effects. Journal of Econometrics 64, 165-182.}
Does anyone write Stata codes for this method?
