I think if you have stata 9, you can explore ivprobit ie instrumental variable probit or ivtobit instrumental varibles tobit which can handle nonlinear

We are writing a paper using instrument variables. Our model is
nonlinear, thus, the IVREG seems not releveant. Could you please tell
me how I can use IVs with nonlinear model in Stata.

Also, do you think that the IVREG can works well with interval
independent variable.
