Thomas Erdmann ([email protected]) asked about a message he received
from -reshape-:

This can happen when the types of the variables being reshaped differ.
For example, if the first variable of a set being reshaped from wide
to long is type 'float' and another variable is type 'double' and
contains a value that would lose precision if it were stored as a
'float', this message can appear. This note is not important and
probably should be suppressed; we will verify there are no cases in
which it conveys something potentially important to the user and
change it in a future ado-file update.
