Hello, sorry for a stupid quesiton

I am trying to estimate an individual fixed effect regression with time dummies using xtivreg (due to endogeneity) but I am getting a dot in place of the within Rsq

Does anyone know what this means? Is it because the u_i are zero?
F test that all u_i=0: F(3914,26479) = 0.15 Prob > F = 1.0000

And I should be running a simple pooled regression instead of the fixed effects?
