Subject   st: How to display long value labels?

Hi all,

I would like to save my data as a text file using value labels instead of the numeric values for all variables.

These are many variables with long value labels. These value labels are not completely displayed in the data browser so that I can copy and paste them to notepad (apparently it is not possible to change the column width). Nor are they completely displayed by the "list" command so that I can "log" them.

Any idea what how to display the full labels? Is there a global setting to the number of characters that are displayed?

Thanks a lot!
