Thanks Nick. But it was a typo, as I corrected in the email below. I had never used -egen- for the ratioprtwork, I had used -gen ratioprtwork. See email below.

Actually there were three problems. The -egen-
call was illegal, not just unnecessary. But 
a single attempt would have shown that!
