Dear list users,

I am trying to estimate a count data model with panel data and would
like to try specifications that allow for excess zeroes (zero-inflated
and hurdle models) with fixed unobserved heterogeneity over time. I
can see that stata has commands to deal with excess zeroes in cross
sectional models  (zinb, zip, hnblogit, etc.) and also has some basic
panel models for count data (xtpoisson y xtnbreg). My question is: is
it possible to combine the specs. for excess zeroes with fixed or
random effects. If so, are there commands or variations of commands
that deal with this? Thanks in advance.

La duda es si existe alg=FAn comando, do, programa de usuario, etc. de
Stata que permita estimar una regresi=F3n de datos de recuento (count
data) del tipo zero-inflated o hurdle para datos de panel del mismo
modo que existen cuando los datos son de secci=F3n cruzada (zinb, zip,
hnblogit, etc.) y del mismo modo que se pueden hacer estimaciones con
la distribuci=F3n de Poisson o con la Binomial Negativa con datos de
panel (xtpoisson y xtnbreg). Especialmente, ser=EDa interesante poder
realizar una regresi=F3n con la binomial negativa zero-inflated con
efectos fijos.

Otra duda: seg=FAn el manual de Stata (versi=F3n 9) uno de los outputs de
la regresi=F3n con la binomial negativa con efectos fijos (xtnbreg ...,
fe) es el pseudo-R cuadrado que es guardado como e(r2_p). Sin embargo
cuando hago la estimaci=F3n no obtengo el output y si intento recuperar
e(r2_p) obtengo un missing, un punto. =BFSabes por qu=E9 puede pasar?
