st: New package on SSC: -fairlie-

Thanks to Kit Baum, a new package called -fairlie- is 
available from SSC.

-fairlie- computes a nonlinear decomposition of binary 
outcome differentials proposed by:

Fairlie, Robert W. (2003). An Extension of the 
    Blinder-Oaxaca Decomposition Technique to Logit and 
    Probit Models. Economic Growth Center, Yale

To install the package, type

 . ssc install fairlie
