Have a look at  -prgen- by J. Scott Long, Jeremy Freese and Jun Xu in -spost-. First type -findit
spost-, than install -spost-, than type -help prgen-. Also see: Jun Xu and J. Scott Long (2005),
"Confidence intervals for predicted outcomes in regression models for categorical outcomes", The
Stata Journal, 5(4), pp. 537�559.
