I suggest you get ahold of Long and Freese's excellent book, which discusses several ways to make results more interpretable:

At a minimum, install their Spost9 utilities. From within Stata,

net from http://www.indiana.edu/~jslsoc/stata/
net describe spost9_ado
net get spost9_ado

Pay particular attention to utilities like prvalue and prchange.
